RHinson	When I use my heat in the prowler it smells like mildew. Does anyone know what is causing my issue and what I should do to fix it?
ALLEY CAT	First guess,,,,find and check your air conditioning, evaporator coil, condensate drain line,,,,and make sure it isn't plugged up. A plugged drain line will back up the moisture that the a/c is removing from the cabin interior, and cause it to stay in the evaporator drain pan,,,,,hence, the mildew smell over time. Put the car up in the air if possible, to find the drain line. Either vacuum suck the line out towards you,,,,or, some compressed air shot up the line to blow it out.
RHinson	Does any one have the service manual and can tell me exactly were the line is located? Thanks!
392HEMI	Section 24, page 33, Condensate Drain Tube. This is a small rubber tube that comes out of the lower right side firewall, about 3/4 inch diameter that turns down an inch from the firewall and pinches together. If there is an obstruction, it can be cleared sometimes by just squeezing the lower part of the tube a few times. Good luck. Jim

GRROWL	Far be it for me to get back ON TOPIC, but this was my experience: Just before the 3/36 warrantee was up on my last warranty visit, I reported that the heater smelled. They gave it a "Frigi-Fresh" treatment, and it's still good 3-4 years later.
